May is just around the corner and I’ve decided that May is all about brunch. I love brunch! Check out all of the Midwestern farms/companies that I featured. Just a few of my favorites: La Quercia Farms, Capriole, and Rare Bird Preserves. I will book parties on Saturday or Sunday, or you could do the brunch menu on Thursday Nite; take your pick. Also, keep in mind that I will be making virgin bloody marys which you can then spike (CKT does not have a liquor license; sorry folks).

sounds good to me! i’m curious about the southern buttermilk biscuits, of course. you making them the “fluffy” way or the “flat” way? my aunt, southern as can be, makes them with nothing but buttermilk and flour. YUM. (however, i like the ones with all the butter that we learned how to make in school!)
Heather – I will definitely have butter in my Southern-CKT-Style biscuits! I would love to try your aunt’s recipe though!
