Love me some Ina. Tuna and avocadoes happen to be two of my very favorite foods. I am putting this on the list for dinner this weekend. And since I only cook for 2, I think I'll splurge for the tuna and serve with green bag chips. And I'm also thinking that it wouldn't be all bad with tilapia or salmon when pinching pennies.
