Berry Yogurt Pops
makes 6 popsicles
1-2 cups blueberries (or any berries of your choice)
3, 8oz tubs Noosa honey yogurt
6 popsicle molds & popsicle sticks
Place blueberries in a food processor or blender and blend until almost liquified or very chopped. In a medium-sized bowl, blend the berries gently with the yogurt (you want it to have a swirl-like-look). Fill popsicle molds and let freeze for 30 minutes before inserting the popsicle sticks (if using the lid popsicle sticks that come with the mold, you can place in immediately). Let freeze for 8 hours. To remove the popsicles, place under warm water for 10 seconds and gently pull the pop from the mold.
