CKT Cashew Cream Sauce
Recipe Note: Easy

1 cup cashews
1 cup warm water
1 lime - juiced
1 garlic clove
pinch of kosher salt

Place in blender and mix until smooth. Use on pastas, in soup, in a rice bowl, you name it. And get creative...swap the lime and garlic for a date to make sweet cream, or add a chipotle pepper to spice it up! The cream will keep in the fridge for one week.
