sad. i do not live close by .

but i’m still close enough to vote – i have some beets in the kitchen, so clearly i need inspiration, although I’m heavily leaning toward some citrus and red onion pickles alongside!

Yes, I vote the Roasted Beet Salad as well! I’m interested to see if it is served warm or cold.

I ate the “Hey” of my Hey Girl cookies for breakfast … and it was delicious! I don’t think the “Girl” is going to last til tomorrow.
