CKT Green Smoothie
Recipe Note: EASY
serves 5

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup OJ
1 banana
3 large kale leaves (ribs removed) or 2 cups spinach
2 cups frozen pineapple
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tsp (each) hemp and chia seeds
1 TBS walnuts
ice (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
