CKT Peanut Butter Breakfast Shake
Recipe Note: EASY 
serves 2-3

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter - I use Skippy Natural
1 banana
1 cup ice chips
1/2 cup water
1/2 milk or almond milk
honey (optional)

Place in blender and blend until desired consistency.
